Abstract:

This study explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the modern workplace and its implications for employees, organizations, and broader labor market dynamics. It critically examines how AI technologies, such as machine learning and natural language processing, are reshaping job roles, automating tasks, and influencing decision-making processes. This includes how Ai is used in the hiring process of prospective clients and while on the job in numerous capacities. The research highlights both the opportunities and challenges posed by AI, including increased efficiency, potential job displacement, ethical concerns, and the need for upskilling. The paper also discusses regulatory and organizational strategies to ensure equitable and responsible AI deployment.
